Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and Debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Medicinal Policy
We are required by law to make no claim for the therapeutic qualities of the remedies that we sell.
Before making a purchase please ask yourself the following questions:

Shipping And Handling We endeavour to despatch all 'in-stock' items within 24-48 hours after full payment has been made. Orders will be sent either by 1st Class Royal Mail, 2nd Class Royal Mail or by Courier, depending on weight. Postage is FREE for orders over £15.00 to UK residents. Under £15.00 Postage is a flat rate of £2.95. Outside UK postages charges will be emailed to customer.
Overseas orders will normally take between 5 and 21 days, depending on the country we are sending to. The postage for the overseas orders will be notified by Email prior to taking payment.
If we are out of stock of an item for longer than 3 days we will contact you and advise you of the situation.
