Life-Coaching

Introduction

Coaching is based on the fundamental belief that the client is essentially able and has all the answers within them.  Sometimes with the stresses of busy modern day life, the way forward becomes foggy and unclear.  Essentially, coaching is about managing and facilitating change and transformation.  The relationship between a coach and a client is a partnership of two equals, both committed to working through this process of change.

Coaching approach and style

My role as coach is to help unlock the clients potential, reinforce their strengths and deal with negative beliefs, all with the aim of maximising performance to bring them closer to their goals.

My coaching style is very action orientated and most coaching sessions produce tangible solutions that help the client to:

Coaching programme

A typical coaching programme consists of 2 x 45-60 minute coaching sessions per month.

All sessions are will be held at the Ransom Road Clinic

Generally, programmes last a minimum of 6 months so that the client will get the full benefit of the coaching process rather than a quick fix.  Additional support will also be available through telephone and e-mail.

From £40-£45 per session
