Fennel Sweet Essential Oil (Foeniculum vulgare)

Essential Oil Safety:
Essential oils are for External Use Only: Never ingest essential oils and avoid contact with the mouth and eyes. Health Conditions: If you are Pregnant, Diabetic, Epileptic or have high blood pressure there are certain essential oils you should avoid and some you should use with caution. Always seek professional advice prior to using aromatherapy if you have any of these conditions from a clinical Aroma therapist.
Using in the bath: When using essential oils in the bath, mix a maximum of 5 - 6 drops into a cap full of oil, base product or milk. Do not add them directly to the water as they will float on the water and may cause skin irritation.
Skin Reaction: With the exception of Lavender and Tea Tree, essential oils should never be applied undiluted to the skin as they can cause irritation. Always mix into a base product or carrier oil before use on skin and follow safety instructions carefully.
Photosensitivity: Some essential oils, especially citrus oils, are photosensitive. This means they are sensitive to sunlight. When these oils are applied to the skin they can cause a rash or burn when exposed to sunlight. If using these oils, it avoid contact with the sun.
Keep essential oils out of the reach of children.
